While in the service he meet his beautiful wife Amber and they were married in 2005. After his enlistment, William and Amber moved to North Carolina where they started their family.
William and his wife, Amber, have one son, and three beautiful daughters that range in ages from 14 to 4.
After 6, wonderful years in North Carolina the Lord moved the family to Tacoma, Washington in 2011. While in Tacoma, William completed his Bachelor’s Degree in Religion and Associates Degree in Apologetics from Liberty University.

Olympic View History

Olympic View Baptist Church was founded in 1972, starting as a Bible study group that was praying about the possibility of beginning a church in the University Place area of west Tacoma.  The group began to grow and eventually would call their first pastor, Leroy Schauer.  Pastor Schauer served for ten years; Rev. Don Decker was called as the second pastor, and he, too, served for nearly ten years.  Dr. Ronn Read was called in 1994 and served until 2002.  Rev. Larry Neufeld, was called in August of 2003, serving until September 2011, when he retired. Currently, John Stolz is our lead pastor.

The church facility was constructed in 1975 with an education wing added in the fall of 1993.
